With the Intelsol client, we embareked on a big challenge that was a the complete digitization of the sales team. Initially, the sales team worked mainly on Excel spreadsheets and rarely worked with digital tools. After mapping of process, we proceeded to the implementation of CRM Pipedrive with connection to the marketing automation toll ActiveCampaign and a creation of a simple e-shop on the Wordpress platfrom.
